Pastor Chris Laima
Pastor Chris Laima is the Founder, President, and Lead Pastor of Reconciliation Christian Centre (RCC), Gombe — a vibrant and growing community of faith dedicated to revival, discipleship, and Gospel-centred transformation. His ministry is rooted in a compelling vision of reconciliation: bringing people into deeper fellowship with God and raising believers who purposefully reflect Christ in every area of life. As the church's founding vision-bearer, he provides spiritual oversight and strategic direction for the entire ministry and its four directorates.
Beyond RCC, Pastor Chris convenes KATALASO Crusades and Conferences — a dynamic revival movement dedicated to igniting spiritual awakening, fervent prayer, and the demonstration of God's power across communities and regions. His passion for souls and kingdom expansion continues to shape both the local and wider ministry landscape.
Professionally, Pastor Chris Laima is a distinguished Chief Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with special interests in reproductive health and women's care. He also serves as the Executive Director of SARHARFAC (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Africa Centre), an organisation advancing reproductive health advocacy, education, and quality healthcare across the African continent — a role that reflects his deep commitment to human dignity and community wellbeing.
He is married to Barrister Nape Laima, who also serves in pastoral leadership at RCC as Director of the Pastoral Care Directorate. Together they are blessed with three children: Israel, Isaac, and Jil.
Pastor Kefas Tanko
Pastor Kefas Tanko serves as Vice President and Assistant Lead Pastor of Reconciliation Christian Centre, one of the fastest-growing ministries in Northeastern Nigeria. In this role, he works closely alongside the Lead Pastor to provide day-to-day spiritual oversight, mentorship, and direction for the church's expanding community and vision.
Originally trained as a chemist, Pastor Kefas answered the call to full-time ministry with a conviction that has since shaped his distinctive voice as a teacher and leader. He is the pioneer of Spirit Sound, a vibrant worship ministry that cultivates rich atmospheres of praise, spiritual encounter, and renewal — inspiring countless lives through the transforming power of worship.
A passionate champion for the next generation, he is deeply committed to raising, mentoring, and equipping young leaders with purpose, character, and godly values. His unique blend of academic discipline and spiritual insight makes him a respected and trusted voice among youth and seasoned believers alike. Pastor Kefas Tanko continues to impact lives across Nigeria and beyond through his fervent commitment to the Gospel and his heart for people.

Pastor Nape Hussaina Laima
Pastor Nape Hussaina Laima serves as Director of the Pastoral Care Directorate at Reconciliation Christian Centre (RCC), providing compassionate and visionary leadership for the church's ministry to families, individuals, and congregational fellowship groups. Ordained into pastoral ministry in November 2021, she has brought exceptional grace, depth, and professional excellence to this vital role.
She holds an impressive array of academic and professional qualifications — including LLB, BL, PGDE, M.Ed, LLM, and MLCJ — and is a trained mediator, arbitrator, and certified company secretary and administrator. Her professional credentials include Chartered Arbitrator (MCArb), Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC), and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (ACIS). This remarkable breadth of expertise enriches her pastoral work with structure, wisdom, and a deep capacity for conflict resolution and human care.
Pastor Keltuma Lawan
Pastor Keltuma Lawan serves as Director of the Worship and Technical Directorate at Reconciliation Christian Centre (RCC), providing oversight for the church's worship experience, media presence, physical infrastructure, and publicity. Raised in a Christian home and grounded in faith from an early age, he accepted the Lordship of Jesus Christ as a teenager and has walked faithfully with God ever since.
A trained Physiotherapist working in a government health facility, Pastor Keltuma exemplifies the integration of professional excellence and kingdom service. His primary gifting aligns with the teaching dimension of ministry, and years of experience as a Bible study teacher in two local churches have profoundly shaped his thoughtful and structured approach to leadership. He joined RCC in 2021 and is happily married to Min. Elizabeth.
Pastor Isaac England
Pastor Isaac England serves as Director of Administration at Reconciliation Christian Centre (RCC), providing strategic leadership and governance oversight across the church's Secretariat, Finance, and Logistics and Protocol departments. With over eight years of devoted ministry service in Gombe State, Nigeria, he has become a prayerful and trusted pillar within the RCC family — ensuring that the church's administrative foundations support its spiritual mission with order, accountability, and excellence.
He is the Founder and Visionary of Passion for Souls Evangelism (PSE), a ministry dedicated to reaching the lost, equipping believers, and stirring revival. Professionally, Pastor Isaac England is a trained Medical Laboratory Science professional, currently pursuing a degree in Public Health at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He is driven by a conviction that every sphere of life should radiate the glory of God.
Pastor Dauda Y. Moda
Pastor Dauda Y. Moda serves as Director of the Missions and Evangelism Directorate at Reconciliation Christian Centre (RCC), leading the church's strategic efforts in outreach, discipleship, house fellowships, and student ministry. Driven by a deep and unwavering passion for evangelism and soul-winning, he is committed to equipping every believer for effective witnessing and mobilising the congregation for meaningful kingdom impact.
In his directorate, Pastor Dauda oversees a dedicated team working to reach the unreached, nurture new believers, and extend the light of the Gospel into homes, campuses, communities across the region. Beyond ministry, Pastor Dauda is the CEO of Kitzomultimedia, a graphics and printing company he founded in 2015. He is happily married to Lydia Dauda Moda.
