Directorate of Administration
The Directorate of Administration is the operational backbone of Reconciliation Christian Centre, ensuring that the church functions with order, integrity, and strategic efficiency across all areas of governance and service. Comprising three core departments — the Secretariat, Finance, and Logistics and Protocol — the Directorate provides the institutional framework that enables every other ministry to thrive.

It exists to ensure that no one in the RCC family walks through life's seasons alone, providing structured care and community at every stage of the journey.

The Directorate of Missions and Evangelism represents the outward thrust of Reconciliation Christian Centre's calling — taking the Gospel beyond the church walls and into homes, campuses, and communities with intentionality and urgency. It is the engine of RCC's Great Commission mandate, mobilising believers to be effective witnesses wherever God has placed them.
This Directorate embodies the soul of RCC's calling: reconciliation, transformation, and making disciples of all people.
